For the safety of your team and patients, it’s necessary that your eyewear works and fits properly. It’s time to clean out that closet full of old, taped together frames. Order a custom Fit Kit and step up your protective eyewear today.
Try any item before you buy with our exclusive Fit Kit program! Here’s how it works:
- Fill out the form on this page.
- Our team of Certified Laser Safety Officers will reach out to you within 2 business days via email to set up a custom phone consultation.
- You’ll have a 15-minute custom consultation with your designated Laser Safety Officer to determine your needs and select the items you’d like to try. Not sure what you want or need? Don’t worry, we’re here to help! That’s what this call is for.
- Once you’ve selected your items, your Fit Kit will ship. (You’ll receive shipping and tracking information upon shipment.) Orders should arrive within 7-10 business days.
- Once your Fit Kit has been delivered, go ahead– try them on! Pass your new items around your office and decide what you’d like to keep, customize, or return. You’ll have 14 days for your trial period.
- We’ll schedule a follow-up call with your designated Laser Safety Officer to answer any questions you may have about your products and complete your order. You’ll receive a shipping label to return any items you do not keep. Please note that you will be charged for any items not returned after the 14-day trial period.

How many products can I order in my Fit Kit?
As many as you’d like! You are not limited to a number of products or order total. Our designated LSOs are here to help you select the right products for your equipment and team.
What products will I receive in the Fit Kit?
Whatever you’d like! Our Fit Kits are custom to you and your needs. You’ll receive one of each item you choose and can order more once you’ve selected the products you’d like to purchase, if needed.
How long do I have to try the items on?
You will have 14 days to try on your Fit Kit items at no charge.
How do I return the items I don’t want?
Simply place the items you do not wish to keep in the box your Fit Kit arrived in. Use the return label provided to send it back to Innovative Optics.
